Set in the UK’s pioneering rewilding project, Knepp Wilding Kitchen is a hub of community, nature and food. Our restaurant menu is shaped by the land – seasonal, sustainable, and inspired by Knepp’s rewilding ethos. We celebrate the best of seasonal British ingredients, from Wild Range meat grown on Knepp, organic produce from our on-site regenerative Market Garden and sustainable fish caught by day-boat on the Sussex coast.

Autumn at the Wilding Kitchen
At Knepp Wilding Kitchen, our menu reflects a natural rhythm, guided by our new head chef, Alex Dome. His approach is rooted in simplicity – letting high-quality, homegrown ingredients speak for themselves.
Working closely with our on-site regenerative Market Garden and the land around us, the menu evolves with what’s available, always staying connected to place and provenance. It’s thoughtful, unfussy food that feels right for the moment.













A Sunday Feast at Knepp
