The Wilding Kitchen will be serving a choice of three festive menus throughout December, showcasing the best of its seasonal pasture-to-plate produce.
Yes. The Wilding Kitchen serves a choice of three festive menus: a Party Menu for £35pp, a Feast Menu for £75pp and a seasonal a la carte menu, all available from 1-24 December. Dishes feature produce from the land and like-minded organic producers, and menus include a vegetarian option such as Market Garden celeriac.
Book online via our reservation system, call 01403 470690, or email wildingkitchen@knepp.co.uk. Groups of more than eight should contact the restaurant directly. Saturday evening festive dinners run until 19 December and tables book up quickly.
The restaurant is open 9am–4pm daily through the festive season, with Saturday evening service until 19 December. It is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and normal opening resumes from 27 December. The Airstream Cafe serves breakfast on Boxing Day, weather permitting.
The Wilding Kitchen offers a Private Dining Room for groups up to 18, while The Gathering can accommodate groups up to 20 seated or 40 standing. Both venues are located in the heart of the rewilding project, an hour from London and 15 minutes from Horsham

Yes, the Wilding Kitchen is fully accessible for guests in a wheelchair or mobility scooter. We also offer a large, accessible bathroom in the restaurant.Â
Party menus are seasonal and built on organic and regenerative sources – produce grown on site and slow-grown meat from Knepp’s own rewilding project and select partners. Ingredients are locally sourced and never air-freighted, and the barn is dressed for Christmas with locally foraged foliage and festive lighting.
Yes, the Wilding Kitchen will be serving a supper menu for New Year’s Eve. Â Details will be announced shortly, but please note we will not be extending the service for midnight celebrations.
